Alisa Lyesina, MPH

Alisa Lyesina brings a strong academic foundation in science together with a growing focus on behaviour change and preventative health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Promotion from the University of Arizona, where she concentrated on translating scientific research into practical, real-world health strategies. Her experience includes work in disease prevention, health promotion, and community-based public health initiatives. 

Alisa has contributed to projects with the BC Centre for Disease Control, supported cancer screening outreach through the University of Arizona Cancer Center, and participated in programme development efforts with the Kyah Rayne Foundation. Through these roles, she developed an appreciation for bridging research with implementation and helping individuals take informed steps toward better health. 

As a former NCAA Division I track and field athlete, Alisa brings firsthand experience with training, recovery, and performance. Her athletic background informs her structured and data-informed approach to coaching. She is knowledgeable about wearable technology and biometric data and is eager to support clients in using their health information effectively. 

Alisa is particularly interested in preventative and longevity-focused care. She views health coaching as a supportive layer between diagnostics and sustainable lifestyle change, with an emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and practical action. She works well with both high-performing individuals and those beginning their health optimisation journey, maintaining a thoughtful, science-based, and approachable style. She brings a collaborative mindset and is motivated to contribute to a forward-thinking clinical team.
