XONE Precision Medicine is a private, physician-led precision longevity clinic in Calgary, Alberta. Founded by Dr. Rohan Bissoondath, MD, XONE is built around a clear clinical position: we manage probability, not promises. Modern precision medicine cannot guarantee any specific health outcome, but it can meaningfully shift your trajectory by combining the right diagnostics, the right interpretation, and the right ongoing adjustments over time.
Our work integrates four domains into one coordinated program: advanced diagnostics and imaging, comprehensive metabolic and biological markers, movement and cardiorespiratory assessment, and physician-led interpretation that turns your data into a longitudinal care plan. We define health as the capacity to move, think, recover, and remain independent over time — and everything we do is in service of that definition.
XONE is not a primary care, urgent care, or emergency care provider, and our services are not covered by insurance. We are a precision longevity layer that complements your existing healthcare relationships. All members begin with the XONE 360 Precision Assessment, our flagship comprehensive evaluation, which serves as the foundation for everything that follows.
XONE’s precision medical services are not covered by insurance. Our program is entirely private pay, which allows us to provide a more personalized and comprehensive approach to your health and longevity. This allows the program to offer advanced, research-based tests and technologies that are on the frontier of longevity science, along with a range of services tailored specifically to your needs, without the limitations often imposed by insurance providers.
Unlike traditional medicine, which often uses a one-size-fits-all approach, XONE Precision Medicine takes a more individualized approach that focuses on the patient’s unique biology.
The precision approach considers each patient’s individual risk factors, personal health history, and lifestyle to deeply understand the patient’s makeup, allowing for precise and effective care.
XONE utilizes a data driven approach with information gathered from diagnostic screens, wearable devices, and clinical interviews, synthesized through AI insights to establish the most comprehensive understanding of the patient’s health status and projected risks. While providing health optimization services, Xone does not provide illness care. We instead seek to manage the diseases of aging: cardiovascular disease, cancer, cognitive decline, metabolic health and frailty.

The initial consultation is a complimentary one-hour conversation designed to clarify your long-term health goals and provide an overview of XONE’s services. It is an opportunity to sit down with Dr. Rohan Bissoondath, who will explain how precision medicine works, how it is tailored to your unique health profile, and the types of advanced diagnostics and personalized care offered at XONE.
During this session, we will explore how XONE’s approach can support your long-term health, identify the risks most relevant to your circumstances, and outline the proactive measures available to you. While the consultation does not include the services within the XONE program itself, it ensures you receive a personalized recommendation to determine whether the program aligns with your goals.

Test results typically take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the type of testing. Genetic results may take longer due to the complexity of sequencing. Other diagnostics like DEXA scans can be available within days.
XONE’s precision medicine program is designed to improve your overall health, increase your health span, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. By providing a personalized care plan, you can expect optimized nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle guidance, as well as targeted therapies based on your personal risk factors.
Yes. Many of our members live with chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, established cardiovascular disease, or other long-term diagnoses, and precision medicine adds meaningful value alongside the care they already receive.
XONE does not replace your family physician or specialist, and we do not manage the condition itself — that work continues with the clinicians who already know your case. What we do is provide a precision medicine layer that complements existing care: deeper biomarker analysis, advanced cardiovascular and metabolic imaging, individualized lifestyle and risk-factor optimization, and the kind of longitudinal data that helps you and your existing care team make better decisions over time.
For members with chronic conditions, we coordinate carefully with your existing physicians and share relevant findings with your consent. The goal is to make your overall care more informed, not more fragmented.
XONE Precision Medicine handles patient information with the level of confidentiality, security, and care that physician-led practice in Alberta requires. We comply with the Alberta Health Information Act (HIA), the Personal Information Protection Act of Alberta (PIPA), and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). All patient data is stored within Canada in secure systems with appropriate access controls, encryption, and audit logging.
Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing your care and is shared only with your explicit consent. For members with specific privacy or discretion requirements — particularly at our Inner Circle tier — we are able to accommodate enhanced confidentiality protocols. We are not a U.S. healthcare entity and are not subject to HIPAA; our compliance framework is governed by Canadian and Alberta law.
If you have specific questions about how your data is managed, our care team is happy to walk you through our practices.
While some aspects of the XONE program (like diagnostic testing) require an in-person visit, many consultations and follow-ups can be done remotely. We aim to offer a flexible, hybrid approach for your convenience.
XONE Precision Medicine is private-pay only and is not covered by Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan or by extended-health insurance. All pricing is in Canadian dollars.

Additional programs — including Hormone Optimization, Mole Mapping, and other services — are priced separately. Some members may be able to claim portions of their fees through a Health Spending Account associated with their employment or professional corporation; we recommend confirming eligibility with your accountant or benefits administrator.
