During your second appointment, our expert medical team will review your bloodwork results with you in detail. Working with you to establish a comprehensive care plan aimed at optimizing your hormone levels and overall health. By integrating your bloodwork results with your symptoms, health history, and concerns, we will formulate a personalized treatment strategy designed to help you achieve optimal well-being and feel your best.
- Objective: Treatment Check-In & Adjustments
- Description: These sessions are dedicated to assessing your progress and discussing how you’re feeling with the current treatment plan. We’ll make any needed adjustments and additions as well as repeat any necessary bloodwork to ensure alignment with your evolving health goals.
We recognize that individual needs vary, and some patients may benefit from additional follow-up beyond the visits included in the Hormone Optimization Program. Additional appointments are available as needed to review progress, assess symptoms, and evaluate follow-up bloodwork.
The Hormone Optimization Program includes the initial consultation, review, and four scheduled follow-up appointments.
Follow-ups are scheduled every 2–3 months to provide consistent support and timely adjustments.
