Xander brings over a decade of experience in coaching, grounded in a deeply personalized and human-centered approach to health and performance. His work is defined by a belief that meaningful, lasting change does not come from rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all systems, but from a clear understanding of the individual.
His approach begins by understanding each person’s context: their past, their current state, and where they want to go. From there, he builds tailored strategies that align with the individual, recognizing that no single method works for everyone. Rather than imposing change, Xander focuses on empowering individuals to better understand themselves and take ownership of their progress.
With a background in psychology and ongoing graduate training in counselling psychology, he brings an added layer of insight into behavior, mindset, and the factors that influence long-term adherence and well-being. This perspective allows him to support clients not only physically, but also in how they think, adapt, and navigate change over time.
At XONE, Xander supports the implementation of each client’s Longevity Plan, helping maintain progress over time while empowering individuals to take ownership of their health.
